Clergy Update: The Rev’d Suzanne Culhane

Dear Friends:

I am writing to announce the transition of The Rev’d Suzanne M. Culhane from her ministry here as Assistant for Stewardship. Serving with us since 2015, Suzanne has overseen the growth and strengthening of our Stewardship Program, as well as the revitalization of our New Members initiative. She now transitions to a ministerial role that will allow her to share her talent with the larger Church. Suzanne has been called home to the Diocese of Long Island to serve on the Bishop’s staff as Canon for Stewardship. Additionally, she will continue parish ministry at St. Philip’s Church in the Dyker Heights section of Brooklyn, New York.

Suzanne offers this sentiment. “I give thanks for my ministry at Christ Church Greenwich and will always appreciate the many opportunities provided in this my first priestly call. I have so many meaningful memories and experiences of God’s grace and generosity in this beloved community. I ask for your prayers as I make this transition, and assure you of my prayers as well in this season of change.”

Suzanne’s last Sunday with us will be May 13, and there will be an opportunity to celebrate and give thanks for her ministry following the 9:15 am service.  We commend Suzanne to this new beginning with thanksgiving for her dedication and great affection for the next phase of life and ministry.

May God bless her always.

Faithfully,

The Rev’d John H. Branson
