Our Livestream Eucharist will feature the premiere of Christ Church Kids’ short film, “A 2020 Christmas Story.” Directed by the Rev. Abby VanderBrug and Executive Produced by Senior Warden George Belshaw, this creative re-imagining of our Christmas Pageant during the pandemic is the hope and joy we all need.

A Festival of Lessons & Carols
The Service of Lessons and Carols is the most popular service in Christ Church’s calendar.  To open this service safely to as many people as possible, we will offer four services this year.  They will be about 45 minutes long, and feature traditional carols and readings from the King James Bible.

December 20, 5pm

Sung by the Choir of Men & Boys with the Bell Choir.

Part 2
December 22, 7:30pm

Sung by the St. Cecilia Choir of Girls.

December 24 | Christmas Eve

12noon | Outdoor Service

A special offering for Children & Families! Join us in the Front Circle carols around the Christmas tree with the St. Cecilia Choir of Girls and Bell Choir. Spiritual Communion will be offered at this service, and the Rev. Terry Elsberry will share a special Christmas story with the children.

3pm | Outdoor Service

Join us in the Front Circle for a service of Spiritual Communion and carols around the Christmas Tree. Our Rector, the Rev. Marek Zabriskie, will preach.

December 25 | Christmas Day

11am | Eucharist

A beautiful morning Eucharist featuring a brief homily by Senior Associate Rector, the Rev. Dr. Cheryl McFadden, and familiar Christmas hymns sung by a soloist.
