Climbing Life's Second Mountain

Our Rector will host a men’s book study of social commentator and New York Times columnist David Brooks most recent book The Second Mountain.

Tuesdays (January 14 – February 4)
7:30-9pm, Rectory

The Second Mountain examines moving from a self-consumed life to an infinitely richer life focused on others. We will discuss how people often must go through a valley, a loss, an illness or a major failure before resetting their compass and heading in a more significant and fulfilling direction.

If you are interested in attending one or more sessions, RSVP to Jean Tredinnick and commit to which night(s) you can attend. Limit of 30 men per session. Copies of The Second Mountain are on sale at Dogwood Books & Gifts at Christ Church.
