Family Matters is the Sunday Forum this week! Please join Dr. Natalie Richton as she shares with us her insights into emotion identification, coping skills, and resiliency, as it relates to and we make our way through the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Natalie Richton is a licensed clinical psychologist providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults coping with a variety of challenges: from anxiety, panic, worry, and depression to eating disorders, behavioral problems, emotion regulation, test anxiety, and sports-performance anxiety; as well as parenting techniques and relationship problems. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Richton serves as a Program Director at Backcountry Wellness in Greenwich, CT.
