Lutheran pastor Nadia Bolz-Weber is not what most people think of when they picture a religious leader: she’s a dry, blunt, tattooed woman who isn’t afraid of throwing around the occasional swear word to get her point across. She’s a sinner by her own admission who can’t seem to escape the grace of God- no matter how hard she tries. In this profoundly raw book by Bolz-Weber, she takes the reader along with her as she discovers the grace of God in all the wrong people. Through a series of small vignettes from her life, Nadia experiences the radically transformative grace of God which allows redemption to even our worst enemies.
