40 Days of Poetry
Take a few moments out of your day to escape your monkey-mind of lists, goals and planning. Use these prompts to see what bubbles up from your subconscious, perhaps allowing a connection to your heart or intuition. Follow this practice for 40 days (one prompt and a few lines of writing each day) and see where it takes you - what do you notice, what did you find? (Look for an Arts and the Spirit discussion group soon...) In trying to connect with our creative selves, we are putting positive, generative energy out into the world.
