The Christ Church Gatherings Community is an enthusiastic group of volunteers that creates social events for parishioners and the greater Greenwich community. All of the events are created to be “friendraisers,” not fundraisers, keeping the admission prices as low as possible to cover costs. Come to these events and enjoy each other’s company in fellowship and fun.

All Gatherings events are in-person and require online reservations, especially if the seating is limited. They often sell out.

  • Comedy Night!

    Comedy Night was so successful last year we’re going to do it again! Join us for an awesome Taco Bar dinner, marvelous margaritas and a great, casual evening of laughter. Stand up comedians, Moody Mccarthy and Meghan Hanley will have us laughing out loud! Meghan Hanley is a Brooklyn based, internationally touring stand-up comedian, who has been featured in Forbes, and appeared on AXSTV’s “Gotham Comedy Live,” The MSG Network, DreamsTV, Fox’s “Laughs” and “Red Eye.” Moody McCarthy has performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Conan, the David Letterman Show and House Hunters. This event is organized by the Gatherings committee.

  • The Calling Storytelling

    An evening of storytelling with seated dinner. Back by popular demand! Bonnie Levison, professional storytelling coach for NPR’s Moth radio program, is hosting an evening with 6 fascinating Christ Church parishioners telling a short, personal story that was a tipping point in their life. Seated, candlelight dinner in the Chapel-turned-Cabaret. Limited seating.
